What are the financial arrangements?

• EBS will establish a separate checking account to fund the partial self-funded claims and administration fees

How will your plan be administered?

• All claims will still be filed with your insurance carrier. The insured plan will determine which expenses are covered.
• EBS will administer the partial self-funded claims. The insurance carrier will send EBS an Explanation of Benefits electronically for re-processing.
• Partial self-funded checks are mailed directly to your health care provider
