Administration What are the financial arrangements? EBS will establish a separate checking account to fund the PSF claims and administration fees How will your plan be administered? All claims will still be filed with your insurance carrier. The insured plan will determine which expenses are covered. EBS will administer the PSF claims. The insurance carrier will send EBS an EOB electronically for re-processing. PSF checks are mailed directly to your health care provider.
